Open to all levels and backgrounds, from complete beginner to pro. Sessions
and feedback will be catered to the individual to help them personalise
their development to suit their goals and needs.
Dive into the skills used in parkour and/or freerunning.
Sessions will be aimed at using these skills to help prepare you to
assess, self-manage and draw on your strengths when working in
environments such as on set.
Some of the physical skills you will be working on include balance work,
strength and conditioning, accuracy, and bail training (managing falls
and slips for example). Along with soft skills such as fear management,
teamwork and communication, and problem-solving.
Keeping in mind the safety regulations around COVID-19, these online sessions
will be made accessible to both those who use indoor spaces and those
who use outdoor spaces to train.
We ask that those using outdoor spaces to please respect the government
guidelines, choosing an environment that is not too busy and to bring
hand sanitizer along with you.
