INSTRUCTOR
Sifu Chris has been training with the ChangQuan Flying Dragon association since 2007 and attained his 2nd Degree Black Sash in 2017. Within this association, he has studied Kung Fu, Chinese Kickboxing, and Yang-Style Tai Chi Chuan.
Realising the health benefits of Tai Chi, Sifu Chris runs several classes across several of his local gyms and runs a weekly session for the Independent Living Association.
He incorporates Qigong breathing exercises and stretching exercises with Tai Chi to give a full workout that is suitable for anyone regardless of age, mobility, or current fitness levels."
